HARIANEXPRESS – SDN Kaligambir 03 in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency, officially completed its revitalization project from the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education (Dikdasmen). The achievement, led by Headmaster Imron Afnani, S.Ag., was realized on Saturday, 22/08/2026, marking a significant milestone for the school located in a challenging, remote area.
Situated near the South Blitar coast, SDN Kaligambir 03 faces extreme, winding, and secluded road conditions. Access to the school involves steep climbs, often slippery or dusty roads, and unpredictable coastal weather.
These difficult conditions did not deter Bapak Imron and his teaching staff. They firmly believed that effort, innovation, and prayer to God Almighty would overcome all limitations.
Securing the Dikdasmen revitalization project was a demanding process. The school navigated intense competition, intricate administrative requirements, and difficult access for assessment teams.
Bapak Imron received unwavering support from his dedicated teachers. Together, they meticulously prepared proposals and refined documents, ensuring the school’s upkeep despite its limited initial facilities.
“Every day we pass through this road. Sometimes heavy rain falls, the road is slippery, strong winds greet us. But every time we see the sparkling eyes of the children waiting, all tiredness disappears. We are confident, as long as we continue to strive, innovate to find the best way, and do not forget to ask for help and blessings through prayer to God Almighty, nothing is impossible,” stated Bapak Imron sincerely. “The children here deserve decent learning facilities, just like children everywhere. That’s what keeps us moving.”
The persistent efforts of the school community eventually paid off. After a lengthy and patience-testing process, the good news arrived: the revitalization project was approved for SDN Kaligambir 03.
