HARIANEXPRESS – Polsek Tikung, Polres Lamongan, conducted a Blue Light Patrol across border routes on Monday, August 31, 2026, to monitor public security and prevent criminal acts, (1/9/2026).
The patrol, which began around 23:00 WIB, aimed to oversee public order and deter crime. Officers reported that the situation was conducive, with no illegal activities identified.
Key areas targeted included Jalan Raya Mantup-Tikung-Lamongan, the Tikung-Kembangbahu border, and the Tikung-Lamongan Kota border. AIPTU Suwawi, AIPDA Aan T, and BRIGADIR Dwi Bai Asmoro were among the personnel involved.
“Anggota jaga Polsek Tikung melaksanakan Patroli Blue Light di Jalan Raya Mantup Lamongan, perbatasan Tikung-Kembangbahu dan perbatasan Tikung-Lamongan Kota,” ujar AIPTU Suwawi.
The operation focused on preventing various disturbances to public security and order (Kamtibmas). It specifically sought to curb illegal racing, the use of ‘brong’ mufflers, alcohol consumption (miras), ‘hitam-hitam’ activities, and other potential issues.
“Patroli dilaksanakan guna memantau situasi Kamtibmas dan mencegah tindak kriminalitas di wilayah Polsek Tikung,” jelasnya.
“Patroli juga untuk antisipasi balap liar, knalpot brong, miras, hitam-hitam dan gangguan Kamtibmas lainnya,” tambah Suwawi.
During the patrol, traffic flow on the monitored routes was observed to be quiet. Authorities confirmed the absence of illegal racing and ‘hitam-hitam’ activities.
The overall Kamtibmas situation in the patrolled region remained stable and controlled. No significant incidents were reported throughout the activity.
“Untuk arus lalu lintas sepi, hitam-hitam dan balap liar nihil. Situasi kondusif terkendali,” tutupnya.
