HARIANEXPRESS – The Bogor Regency Government initiated an open auction for six Echelon II positions on Sunday, August 2, 2026, inviting civil servants from across West Java Province to apply. These strategic roles are equivalent to head of department positions within the local government structure.
The six available positions include Assistant for General Administration, Assistant for Economy and Development, and Expert Staff to the Regent for Economy and Development. Other key roles open for application are the Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Head of the Culture Office, and Head of the Fisheries and Livestock Office.
Registration for this selection process began on July 20, 2026, and will conclude on August 3, 2026. Prospective candidates can access comprehensive information and complete their registration via the official portal, asnkarier.bkn.go.id.
Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto emphasized that the selection process will be conducted with utmost transparency and objectivity. He stated this approach aims to offer equal opportunities for all civil servants possessing the potential to contribute to Bogor Regency’s development.
“The selection process is carried out transparently and objectively by providing equal opportunities for all civil servants who have the potential, competence, and dedication to contribute to the development of Bogor Regency,” said Rudy Susmanto, Bogor Regent.
Civil servants from the West Java Provincial Government and regencies/cities across West Java are eligible to participate in this open selection. Applicants must fulfill administrative, competency, experience, rank, and educational requirements as detailed in the official announcement.
Regent Susmanto further clarified the scope of eligibility for the open selection.
“This open selection can be participated in by Civil Servants (PNS) within the West Java Provincial Government environment as well as regency/city governments throughout West Java who meet administrative requirements, competence, job experience, rank, education, and other provisions as stated in the official announcement,” explained Rudy Susmanto.
Applicants are required to upload all necessary registration documents in PDF format through the provided online system. The mandatory documents include an application letter, curriculum vitae, diploma, academic transcript, ID card, and a passport-sized photograph. Additional submissions required are a decree of rank, a health certificate, and a stamped statement letter. These ensure a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s profile.
The selection process is structured in several stages, beginning with administrative screening. This initial phase is followed by a competency assessment to evaluate candidates’ skills. Subsequent stages involve essay writing, presentation, an interview, a medical examination, and a thorough track record investigation. The final announcement of selection results is scheduled for August 28, 2026, though this date may change based on the Selection Committee’s decision.
Rudy Susmanto views this open selection as a significant opportunity for civil servants with capability and integrity to contribute meaningfully to regional development.
