HARIANEXPRESS – Serda Fiyan Setyadi, a Babinsa from Desa Kebonagung, Koramil 0808/22 Wonodadi, Kabupaten Blitar, provided assistance for an Integrated Primary Services (ILP) Posyandu activity.
This initiative aimed to foster a healthy, stunting-free younger generation in the region. The event occurred on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
Babinsa Supports Child Health Programs
The activity was collaboratively organized with village midwife Endang and Posyandu cadres.
It took place in RT 03 RW 01 Dusun Kebonagung, Desa Kebonagung, Kecamatan Wonodadi.
The Babinsa’s involvement in the ILP Posyandu primarily focused on monitoring the growth and development of toddlers.
It also provided specific care for children at risk or showing signs of stunting.
Comprehensive Health Services Provided
Various health services were part of the program offered to the community.
These services included weighing, measuring height, and recording child development.

Serda Fiyan Setyadi emphasized that the presence of the Babinsa highlighted the TNI’s commitment to community health in their assisted areas.
“Kehadiran Babinsa dalam kegiatan ini merupakan wujud nyata kepedulian TNI terhadap kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah binaan, khususnya dalam mendukung program pemerintah mengentaskan angka stunting,” ujar Serda Fiyan Setyadi.
He added that early health monitoring is essential to ensure children can grow optimally, both physically and mentally.
Endang, the Village Midwife of Kebonagung, expressed her gratitude for the active participation of the Babinsa and Posyandu cadres.
“Penerapan Sistem ILP ini diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan terpadu bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat desa, mulai dari usia balita hingga lansia,” kata Endang.
She hopes that implementing the ILP system will broaden reach and improve the quality of integrated health services for all community members, from toddlers to the elderly.
Synergy for a Healthy Community
Through the strong synergy among regional authorities, health workers, and Posyandu cadres, parental awareness in Desa Kebonagung for routine child growth checks is expected to rise.
These continuous preventive measures and support are key to fostering a healthy village environment, free from the threat of stunting.
